Dear creators,
At Chariow, our goal hasn’t changed since day one: to help you sell, get paid, and succeed without barriers, without useless fees, without surprises.
Today, we’re happy to announce a major change, designed to boost your financial independence:
Until now, a 2% fee was applied to each withdrawal from your Chariow Wallet, because of the fees charged by mobile operators through the Axa Zara infrastructure.
Starting today, this 2% is fully covered by Chariow.
Before | Now |
15% or 10% service fee | 15% or 10% service fee |
+ 2% withdrawal fee (mobile operators) | + 0% withdrawal fee |
+2% net income recovered every withdrawal
Zero hidden fees when you cash out
An even more transparent system
More freedom to reinvest, save, or grow your business
Because you should never be taxed for accessing what you've earned.
And because a healthy model starts with clear and fair rules.
We've decided to cover these fees for you, so you get 100% of what you're owed.
This change is just the beginning.
We’re working on a complete overhaul of our pricing grid, with a simple goal:
to offer you the most attractive, clear, and competitive cost structure in the African market.
This revamp will take into account:
Your feedback
Realities of the African market
The desire to make monetization easier
You’ll be updated in the next few weeks on all the upcoming changes.
Withdrawals are now 100% free
The change is already active

A new price grid is coming very soon
Your shop. Your rules. Your earnings.
Thanks for helping Chariow keep growing.
