On Friday, March 27, 2026, Abidjan hosted a new milestone in the evolution of the African creators’ ecosystem. On the occasion of the Chariow Creators Meetup, creators, entrepreneurs and digital experts gathered at Villa Alfira to exchange, learn and above all project themselves into the future.
A high-impact event driven by the desire to speed up the economic development of African talents on a large scale.

Since its launch, Chariow has been gradually establishing itself as a key player in the sale of digital products in Africa.
Today, the platform has:
more than 100,000 creators
more than 150,000 hosted products
more than 200,000 recorded sales
more than 1,000,000 dollars paid out to creators
These figures reflect a reality that’s becoming more and more concrete: living from your knowledge in Africa is no longer just a vision, it’s a movement that’s already underway.
Beyond networking, this meetup was designed as a strategic moment.
The goal was clear: give creators a concrete understanding of what’s being built around them.
The presentation traced the evolution of Chariow since 2022, born from a simple observation:
African creators had value, but not the right tools to monetize it.
Today, that first step has been taken.
The next step is to build a real growth ecosystem, able to support creators over the long term.

One of the highlights of the event was the spotlight on a major shift.
Creators are no longer just selling content.
Among the key announcements, the introduction of coaching directly on Chariow marks an important evolution.
Creators can now offer personalized sessions, with booking, integrated payment, as well as automatic confirmations and reminders.
This evolution reflects a strong trend. The most effective models now rely on support, proximity, and client transformation.
Beyond the features already available, several directions were shared for the coming months.
Among the options mentioned:
the launch of a marketplace designed to better highlight high-value products
a gradual opening to new markets, especially in English-speaking Africa, North Africa, and French-speaking Europe
Among the other announced updates:
co-publishing to sell together with others
better dispute management to secure revenue
gift purchases to boost conversions
new withdrawal methods coming soon
Each feature follows a clear logic:
making digital business simpler, safer, and more scalable.
One of the strongest messages from the event wasn’t just about features, but about a shift in paradigm.
The next opportunity no longer lies only in what creators sell, but in the community they build around themselves.
It’s in this perspective that Tribbut fits in, a complementary platform dedicated to managing paid communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord).

This meetup confirms a deep, long-term trend.
The creator economy in Africa is entering a new phase:
more structured
better equipped
more ambitious
Chariow is no longer positioning itself only as a sales platform, but as a complete infrastructure to create, sell, support, and build loyalty.

This event shows how fast the market is evolving and proves that African creators now have growing resources to turn their know-how into sustainable businesses.
The challenge is no longer just about selling.
Now it’s about creating, structuring, and growing a real business.
The stated ambition is to make African know-how a real driver of large-scale wealth creation.
And if this event proves one thing, it’s that the movement is already underway.
