Dear creators,
Chariow is introducing a new option for managing discount codes. You can now set how many times the same customer can use a promo code.
Until now, an active code could be used several times by the same buyer, as long as it remained valid. You can now set a specific limit and let the system apply it automatically.
You choose the number of uses allowed per customer. Once this limit is reached, the code is no longer accepted at checkout. You don’t need to do anything else.
→ Go to Marketing > Discounts
→ Create a new code or edit an existing code
→ Turn on the “Max uses per customer” option
→ Set the number of uses you want
→ Save
· Welcome code → 1 use. Really reserved for new customers.
· Loyalty offer → 2 or 3 uses. Generous, without giving at a loss.
· Flash promo → 1 use. The urgency still makes sense.
· VIP code → 1 use. Exclusive for real.
Note
· The option is disabled by default
· It has to be enabled manually for each relevant code
· The limit applies individually per customer, not globally
This update lets you organize your offers more precisely and structure your campaigns better.
