The old system relied on a 2FA code generated by an external application. Although secure, it created friction in your user experience.

With the new PIN system, you now benefit from:

• instant authentication via your personal code,

• systematic security for your withdrawals,

• enhanced protection when adding or modifying withdrawal accounts,

• integrated management, without dependence on third-party services.

A progressive and supervised transition

• For new users: during your first login, you will be guided step by step to create your PIN code in a few seconds.

• For existing 2FA users: at your next login, you will be asked to also define a PIN code. This step is mandatory to continue using withdrawal features and ensure uniform security across the entire platform.
