Chariow is based on a transparent rating system, designed to protect both buyers and sellers.
If you have the option to hide some reviews from your shop, your overall account score is still calculated based on all reviews received, including the hidden ones.
And this is crucial:
If your overall score drops below 40%, your shop might be temporarily suspended for review.
